Ribs are great in the slow cooker, when they are finished you get a beautifully soft meat, flavoured by a slow cook in the slow cooker and anything else that you have put into the pot. Typically a good Barbecue sauce works really well with ribs, it not only flavours the ribs, but the sugar and the vinegar within the sauce drys and the meat and crisps it up, meaning you won’t need finish them off in the oven.
